A clear, calm approach to navigating volunteer needs while protecting municipal assets. In many small populations, community facilities survive only because volunteers step up. We simply do not have the budget for staff. Rinks, halls, museums, libraries, and recreation spaces often depend on those dedicated people who care deeply about their community and the facilities where they donate their time.
